Our first MADE IN AMERICA tour last year was such a success we have decided to do it again…this time with all new attractions and destinations.  Join us as we celebrate America and visit interesting places that manufacture American-made products.  We will spend a fun time together witnessing first-hand the determination and creativity of the American worker!  Add some delicious dining and entertainment in the great city of Milwaukee and this is a trip you won’t want to miss!

Day 1:   We’ll depart this morning for our drive through Indiana and Illinois and come to rest in Milwaukee where we check into the new downtown Drury Inn Plaza Hotel for our relaxing two-night stay.  Enjoy the hotel’s Kickback food and beverage reception.

Day 2:   We’ll meet our local guide after breakfast and enjoy a full day of touring.  Included today will be a visit to The Miller Brewery Company where you will experience everything from Fredrick Miller’s arrival in Milwaukee to the high-speed production lines used today.  You’ll learn beer education and journey back in time in the Historic Caves and Bavarian Style Miller Inn.  Finally see the Brewing, Packaging and Distribution Operations with beer tasting along the way.  Lunch on your own will be enjoyed at Milwaukee’s Public Market in the Historic Third Ward.  This afternoon you will see another “Made in America” original as you explore Milwaukee’s only urban cheese factory, the Clock Shadow Creamery.  A true cheese expert will discuss the history of cheese making and invite us to sample their fresh cheeses! Our day wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the Cheesehead Factory where you will go behind the scenes to discover the story of the original Cheesehead Hat and look behind the scenes of the manufacturing warehouse and the inner workings of the factory.  After returning to our hotel to refresh we will include dinner this evening.
