The Four Points by Sheraton is perfectly located at the crossroads of Bourbon and Toulouse Streets in the midst of everything the famous French Quarter has to offer: a unique history and people, distinctive architecture, world renowned restaurants, celebrated jazz clubs, and within a short and easy walking distance to major attractions including Jackson Square, Café du Monde, and the St. Louis Cathedral. From the beaches of Normandy to the sands of Iwo Jima, the exhibits here are a blend of personal accounts, artifacts, documents, photographs and original film footage. The stories of the dozens of amphibious landings and the thousands of men and women who made the Allied victory in World War II possible are told through three floors of exhibit space. Return to the hotel where you will have the evening to explore the French Quarter and enjoy dinner on your own, at one of the many fine restaurants.
