Taste delicious bountiful food, enjoy an intimate theatrical experience at Bird-in-Hand and thrill to the one-of-a kind Sight and Sound Theatre. With Amish backroads sightseeing and a visit to the famous Hershey Gardens this is a deluxe entertainment tour that you will not want to miss!
Day 1: We will depart bright and early this morning for our drive to Lancaster, Pennsylvania in the heart of Amish country. We will check into the Hershey Farm Inn for our three-night stay. Dinner is included this evening. D
Day 2: Following an included breakfast smorgasbord at the hotel, we will meet our step-on guide for an Amish Backroads Tour. View the beauty of the Amish scenery and much more! This afternoon we will arrive at the renowned Sight and Sound Theatre for the awe-inspiring production, DAVID! David…Master Poet. Fearless Warrior. Anointed King. From still waters to shadowed valleys, David’s ascent to the throne is filled with towering giants, wild animals, and Philistine soldiers. After unprecedented victories lead to devastating failures, this passionate warrior will face the biggest battle of all: the one within himself. Come alongside this young shepherd on his journey to become a man after God’s own heart. Dinner will be included at the Hershey Farm Restaurant after the show. B,D
Day 3: An included breakfast smorgasbord at the hotel will begin our day before departing for Hershey. Today we will visit the beautiful Hershey Gardens and Hershey Chocolate World. We’ll refresh at the hotel this afternoon before we will enjoy a delicious dinner and entertainment at the intimate Bird-in-Hand Theatre. JOSIAH FOR PRESIDENT, the Musical will be enjoyed by all! B,D
Day 4: We head for home after an included breakfast at the hotel. Plan to arrive home late evening with wonderful stories to tell about what we have seen and done in Pennsylvania Dutch land! B
