Day 1: We depart this morning for our drive into Pennsylvania. This afternoon we’ll arrive at Tara - A Country Inn where we will check in for our two-night stay. Known for its authentic southern charm and luxury, this “Gone with the Wind” themed hotel is a 19th- century Greek Revival-style mansion, built in 1854, a period of utmost sophistication. You will be in awe of the holiday décor and the spirit of Christmas that surrounds you. Enjoy afternoon tea at the Inn with an included dinner this evening. D
Day 2: Today we will enjoy some local sightseeing as well as relaxing time at the Inn. Our first stop will be at Buhl Mansion to see it all dressed for the Christmas season! Then we will visit Kraynak’s Christmas Lane to see and enjoy over 85 beautifully decorated trees, each one with a different theme. Its 12,000 square foot TOYLAND is open year-round with decorations from around the world. We will stop by Winner Department Store, the World’s largest off-price women’s fashion Store. After, we will return to the Inn for some free time to relax and freshen up before our afternoon tea and dinner. B, D
Day 3: Following breakfast, we will depart Tara-A Country Inn. Enroute home, we’ll stop at Volant, a unique village with an old-fashioned main street nestled in the rolling hills of scenic western Pennsylvania Amish country. Plan to arrive home this evening after a delightful “Country Inn Christmas” experience! B
