Day 1: We head for the hills this morning as we make our way through Kentucky and into the beautiful state of Tennessee. We come to rest on the foothills of the beautiful Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge for a relaxing two-night stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. The new Drury Plaza Hotel is in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Relax and unpack and enjoy the hotel amenities, including hot breakfast, dinnertime snacks and beverages at 5:30 Kickback®, Wi-Fi, and more! Day 2: Breakfast gets us started this morning before we enjoy a more leisurely day in Pigeon Forge. Today we will visit the Alcatraz Crime Museum where you will surely be surprised to see Ted Bundy’s notorious VW bug, the White Bronco, that carried a frantic and suicidal O. J. Simpson during the famous televised car chase and so many more interesting exhibits. Tonight, enjoy a delicious dinner at an area restaurant before arriving at the Array Theatre for a great evening of entertainment. At the Array Variety Show, each musical genre is brought to life with passion, skill, and theatrical artistry that ensures an unforgettable live entertainment experience. Whether you’re drawn to the infectious beats of pop, the soulful twang of country, the uplifting spirit of gospel, the nostalgic charm of oldies, or the patriotic fervor of anthems, the show promises a journey through music and emotion that resonates long after the curtain falls. Day 3: Breakfast is included this morning before visiting Bush’s Beans Visitor Center in Chestnut Hill, TN. Here you trace the values and events that made BUSH’S BEST what it is today. Lunch will be included as well as a fun stop at Buc-ees before arriving home this evening. Plan to have lots of wonderful memories of a great escape to Pigeon Forge! B, L
