Day 1: We’ll depart this morning for our adventure to the natural wonderland of Minnesota. Tonight we will come to rest in Madison for our overnight stay.

Day 3: After our included breakfast we’re in for a real treat this morning! We’ll board the North Shore Scenic Railroad and travel up the shoreline between the rugged beauty of Lake Superior and towering pine forests. Lunch is included on the train. After disembarking at Two Harbors, continue up the North Shore Drive to Gooseberry Falls, where the Gooseberry River cascades over two waterfalls. Just a few miles farther is Split Rock Lighthouse, built in 1910 to warn ore ships of the jagged rocks below. Today, the Lighthouse is one of the most photographed attractions in the country. Return to Duluth for a leisurely evening.

Day 4: We’ll depart after breakfast for the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Twin Cities are built on the Mississippi, Minnesota and St. Croix Rivers and a local guide will show us what makes these cities great. After check in at our hotel we will visit the Mall of America for shopping, browsing, and dinner on your own. There are no sales taxes on clothing purchases at the Mall, so keep that in mind! The Mall also houses the Sea Life Minnesota Aquarium, Putt-Putt Golf, and an indoor theme park!
