Day 1: Depart this morning for an exciting tour celebrating 35 years of Croswell Tours, as well as the 35th anniversary of the Celebration Belle Riverboat. We will arrive early to the Quad Cities area and enjoy a delicious dinner at the area’s favorite Iowa Machine Shed restaurant before checking in to The Isle of Capri Hotel & Casino. This hotel is located in downtown Bettendorf along the beautiful Mississippi River. Enjoy your evening.
Day 2: Breakfast is included at the hotel before another great day. We start at the John Deere Pavilion. Take a look at the past, present, and future of agriculture and the world’s largest agricultural exhibit. Next, we will arrive at the Circa 21 Dinner Playhouse featuring the most unique dining and entertainment experience within a historic venue. A luncheon buffet is included before a matinee performance of “Irving Berlin’s Holiday Inn”. Set in 1946, the story concerns song-and-dance team Jim Hardy and Ted Hanover splitting up when Jim decides to ditch show business and run a farm in rural Connecticut. Based on the classic film, this joyous musical features thrilling dance numbers, laugh out loud comedy and a parade of hit Irving Berlin songs, including "Blue Skies," "Heat Wave," "Cheek to Cheek,” "Easter Parade," and "Steppin' Out With My Baby”. The celebration continues next door at the Circa 21 Speakeasy. We will celebrate our 35th Anniversary of providing exciting tour packages with dessert, drinks, and door prizes!
Day 3: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before visiting the Isabel Bloom Studio for a tour and browsing. We will have access to the “behind the scenes” process of making each Isabel Bloom sculpture. We then board the Celebration Belle for a 4 hour themed luncheon cruise including live entertainment. This is sure to be a perfect afternoon on the River! After our cruise you are in for a unique experience at the Quad City Botanical Center where we have included a Tour, Chocolate Presentation and Dinner! We’ll return to the hotel this evening after a memorable day.
Day 4: Following breakfast, we begin our journey for home excited to tell others of our adventures celebrating 35 years of travel!
