Ree Drummond, aka The Pioneer Woman, has launched an empire from Pawhuska, Oklahoma, a small- town brimming with charm. She is the blogger, best selling author and host of the Food Network Show “The Pioneer Woman Cooks”. This tour features her story and shows the affect that a TV Show can have on a small town. It includes Native American history and shopping along with a four-course family-style dinner in the Mercantile. But even before our visit to Oklahoma we will stop over in Branson, the live Music Show Capital of the World! Don’t miss the bus and come along to celebrate our 100th Anniversary to two exciting destinations!
Day 1: Depart bright and early this morning for Branson. Check into our Branson hotel for a two-night stay.
Day 2: Breakfast is included at our hotel before enjoying a fantastic morning show. After lunch on your own, meet your tour guide to see the charm that Branson has to offer, including a visit to the College of the Ozarks. After refreshing at the hotel, enjoy tonight’s dinner and entertainment, Clay Cooper’s Country Music Express! What a great day in Branson! BD
Day 3: This morning we will depart Branson bright and early for our drive to Pawhuska, Oklahoma, the official Headquarters of the Osage Nation. Upon arrival we will meet our local guide to learn more about the Native Americans who discovered oil and the iconic Drummond family. During your sightseeing you will have a chance to shop in the famous Mercantile. Dinner this evening will be at the Mercantile as well, owned by the Food Network TV show host, Ree Drummond, AKA, The Pioneer Woman! Dinner consists of a four-course meal, all made in the Mercantile and served family style. After dinner we will check into our area hotel. BD
Day 4: Following breakfast, we will depart for St. Louis and the Drury Plaza at the Arch. You will have free time in St. Louis to enjoy at your leisure. Tonight, we bid a final farewell to the Midwest with a Croswell 100th Birthday Bash Dinner Celebration! B
Day 5: We will depart this morning after our breakfast and set our sights for home. Plan to arrive early evening with stories to share with family and friends about this fun summer getaway tour! B
