Don’t miss the bus for this exciting holiday experience in the heart of Music City USA! A two-night stay will allow you time to relax and see the sights, including a guided Music City Tour and a visit to the Opryland Hotel, adorned for the Holiday. Of course, the tour highlight will be the Amy Grant and Vince Gill beloved Christmas Show at the Ryman. The Nashville Ryman shows are the only place where the superstar couple will perform their Christmas Show together, making it a destination for fans from far and wide.
Day 1: Depart this morning and travel south to Nashville. Our two-night accommodation will be at the lovely Drury Plaza. Relax and enjoy the evening at your leisure, as well as the Kick-Back Reception.
Day 2: Following breakfast, we will depart for a full day of sightseeing and entertainment in Nashville. Our first stop will be at the world-famous Country Music Hall of Fame, known as the “Smithsonian of Country Music”. Sing Me Back Home: A Journey Through Country Music is the title of the Museum’s central, permanent (though constantly updated) exhibition. During your visit be immersed in the history and sounds of country music – its origins, its traditions, and the lives and voices of the many people who have contributed to its rich and varied expression. After our visit we will include time for lunch on your own before meeting our local step-on-guide for a delightful tour of Music City USA! After our tour we will enjoy an early dinner at Paula Deen’s where you will experience first-hand Southern Hospitality and Southern Cooking! After dinner we will arrive at the Ryman where Amy Grant and Vince Gill return for their annual holiday performance. Their careers span 30 years with a total of 26 Grammy Awards and membership into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame and Country Music Hall of Fame, respectively.
