Don’t miss the bus and leave the driving to us! Join us for a terrific chance for you, your family, and your friends to experience our Nation’s Capital together! You will be inspired by patriotism as you take in the National Monuments and Memorials, taking pictures at the White House, Embassy Row, and the Smithsonian Museums, making this summer one to remember!
Day 1: It is eastward bound as we cross Ohio’s rolling fields and the picturesque mountains of Pennsylvania. Arrive at our area hotel where we will check in for a three-night stay.
Day 2: An included breakfast will begin the day. We will meet our step-on guide for a full day of touring. Your guide will show you the many landmarks of our nation’s capital, including a tour of the monuments and memorials, picture taking at the White House, and much more. We will also take a tram tour through Arlington National Cemetery. See the site of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Kennedy graves, the Iwo Jima memorial and the Pentagon Memorial. We’ll end our day with included meal vouchers at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Mall. B, D
Day 3: Breakfast will be included at the hotel. This morning, we will begin with a visit to the U.S. Capitol (if available). Next, we will spend time at the National Mall and visit the Smithsonian Museums. This afternoon, we will visit Mt. Vernon, the Estate of George Washington. Upon return to the city, a delicious meal will be included this evening. B, D
Day 4: After an included breakfast, it’s an early departure as we are homeward bound. We will visit the Flight 93 Memorial and add this to our memories of days spent together in our nation’s capital. We plan to arrive home late this evening. B
